Refund policy

Our products may be returned within 14 days if found to be delivered faulty, damaged or there was an error in delivery. Special orders will only be refunded if found to be faulty. Sale items may not be returned.

We strive to create our products to be as close to what you have chosen from our website. Due to their handmade nature, no two items will ever be exactly the same. This is what makes your item special.

Colours of fabrics displayed on your computer screen may vary to actual colours of the item you are purchasing.  This can be due to the high variance in colours utilised by computer monitors.

There will be no refund due to a variation in colour from that depicted on our website and your screen.

Tickled Pink Designs will not be held responsible for lost or damaged items once handed over to Australia Post.
